Every month we will feature a tip about how to prevent code enforcement actions by Lynnview Code Officers, Louisville Metro, and/or your neighbors.
JANUARY - PARKING - Vehicles parked on the street must have the RIGHT tires within 6 inches of the curb. Parking any other way is a code violation and a citation can be issued.
FEBRUARY - NO JUNK VEHICLES ALLOWED - Vehicles must be licensed, tagged and operable. No inoperable vehicles are allowed to be parked on any city street. Untagged vehicles will be towed immediately at the owner's expense. INOPERABLE includes vehicles with flat tires.
MARCH - Oversized vehicles are restricted to as needed access only! This means only during delivery or pickup. Box Trucks, Trailers, Recreational Vehicles, Tow Trucks and other Large Vehicles are not permitted to park on city streets for extended periods (more than 1 hour - NO OVERNIGHT parking is permitted for these vehicles). Any vehicle parked on any city street must be moved within 24 hours.
