City Accountant/Clerk

Laura Impellizzeri became the City Accountant/Clerk in September of 2024.  She has been working in the city since 2018 handling all payable accounts and acting as a consultant on major Lynnview city initiatives.  Currently she handles incoming calls, resident concerns or issues, payroll and tax reporting, deposits, invoices, and helps with the updated Financial Statements and reporting for the City Council members.  She brings 17 years of experience in Public Accounting to the role, where she focused primarily on tax preparation and non-profit accounting.  She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Louisville.  She is serves as a notary for the city as well.  She has been married to her husband Paul for 18 years and they have a son, Joseph, who is 14.
